A guide to each and every one of the popular bots on the market today.
Gives a true insight as to what to expect and an accurate weighing in of all the bots.
A guide to all the bots of tibia, comparing functionality and practicality.
As botters we have a number of options available to us today. If you browse the market you will see some players standing out for various reasons. Theres Lord of War with TibiaBot NG (NG) and his all new, refurbished, half arsed attempt called Ghostbot (GB). You'll see DarkstaR with his suberp TibiaUG Bot (TUG), and the all new XenoBot (XB). Also you will see NeoBot (NB), by the infamous ekx, by far the better programmer of those mentioned. But which one of these is right for you? Well, let's find out.
So we'll start out by comparing functions. All scores are out of 5.

Allow me to explain;
TibiaBot NG is one of the oldest bots available. It has been around for a long time, and is still considered the starting point for botters. It's incredibley easy to use, and it is somewhat packed with useful preset tools. The downside to it's nice GUI, sleak design, and ease of use score is that it is very basic. It has the ability to walk in a circle, attack stuff, loot, heal, and that's about it. You can skin and stuff too, but that gets complicated and with a lack of fanbase these days it's hard to get scripts which work. Those which do are generally still buggy because the bot wasn't designed properly. All in all, if you're starting out and want something easy to use and quick to setup, this is for you. I can't reccomend it still though. Not to be used on any accounts you care about, since it's detectable as hell.
We move on quickly to GhostBot. It's not a well known bot, but for the fact that it's made by LoW (the maker of NG). It now has a cavebot, which doesn't work. It has healing tools and what not, but I still don't class it as a bot personally. It's quite useless and a pathetic attempt at avoiding detection. Nice try, LoW, but I don't fall for it. It's also quite expensive compared to NG, but it still remains pretty much undetected. I can call it a step up from NG purely because it works for some and doesn't get you banned.
TUGBot... Well, this is one I like. I've used it a while, not been banned, and seen a very small number of people complain abouts bans. These people have been relateively new to the bot too, so might have also used other software. It can hunt, skin, and you've got options to choose which creatures to target first, priority listings and what not. You can pretty much take 100% control of your character, add depositors to your scripts, and do a lot more with TUGBot than with any other. It is slightly underpowered because it can't do things quite as efficiantly as Neo, but it's still pretty damn close. This is probably your absolute best starting point. It's free at the minute too, always a bonus!
NB is good. Very good indeed. It's incredibley functional, and has almost limitless power. You can control exactly what you do, and how you go about doing it. Problem is you have to be a rocket scientist in order to do so. If you have any programming experience you may benefit from the guides provided with the bot, but it's very difficult to understand. There is a simple method, use the provided functions to make it as effective as possible, and you've usually got a better result than any other bot, but it's still difficult. It has the most scripts available, biggest community, and still stands out as the "best" bot for those who have been in the business a while.
XB is the next big thing. It's still in beta stages but it has a community, dedicated scripters and what not. The community comes from TibiaUG, but they are trying to remain a Tibia forum with a botting attachment, so the forum was moved to a seperate website completely. The bot is currently available as beta at about $10 US style. It's about 10 euros too, and about £7 for the brits out there (Not too many I expect!) I've been using TUG for a while and will be buying into this soon, if I can't get a free copy. Anyone who buys now gets free access for life. I think they are planning to make it monthly payments for anyone else. The bot is easy to use, with a slick and stylish gui built into Tibia's client. It's very nice to use, pleasently efficiant, though currently lacks a lot of features. They are in the making however, and rest assured DarkstaR will strive to solve any bugs and issues you might find with it. Definately reccomended, and when the final version is released I will definately give it a bloody good shot. I hope you guys will too.
